This venue is in a great location, in a ritzy area with easy bus access to other parts of the city. The room had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi.

The staff did not speak English well and the service was not great overall. Regardless of this, I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family as the location and amenities are unbeatable.

As longer-term business travelers, we loved the spacious and stylish LEVEL rooms at the hotel. The receptionist Lara provided professional and welcoming service. The hotel had lovely Christmas decorations and the breakfast selection was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options. The property is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping, making it easy to explore the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was great, with well-maintained rooms and a super clean pool. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious modern lobby and a sensational breakfast that left me feeling satisfied each morning. The staff were helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel's location in the Salamanca neighborhood was perfect, with easy access to the major sights by Metro.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs. They provided me with a wine bottle opener and an adapter for my US plugins, which I really appreciated. The location of the hotel was perfect for me as it allowed me to easily ride the #19 bus to the Del Prado Museum. The room was comfortable with a tub for soaking after a long day of exploring. The pillows and mattress were also very comfortable. The food at the hotel was exceptional, and the breakfast spread offered a great variety of options including salmon and brie cheese, as well as fresh fruit and delicious coffee. the service and food quality really impressed me.

The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, making our stay even better. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.
