Melia Madrid Serrano Hotel

This venue is in a great location, in a ritzy area with easy bus access to other parts of the city. The room had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi.

The staff did not speak English well and the service was not great overall. Regardless of this, I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family as the location and amenities are unbeatable.

The hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options for all tastes. the staff was friendly and helpful, willing to assist with any needs or inquiries. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The rooms were outdated and could benefit from some renovations. the housekeeping was not up to par, as the cleanliness of the rooms was not thoroughly maintained.

The hotel had lovely Christmas decorations and the breakfast selection was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options. The property is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping, making it easy to explore the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch, with well-maintained rooms and a spotless pool. The location of the hotel was perfect for me as it allowed me to easily ride the #19 bus to the Del Prado Museum. The room was comfortable with a tub for soaking after a long day of exploring. The pillows and mattress were also very comfortable. The food at the hotel was exceptional, and the breakfast spread offered a great variety of options including salmon and brie cheese, as well as fresh fruit and delicious coffee. the service and food quality really impressed me.
